I recently purchased carpet for my stairs and landing from TC Matthew’s Lucan branch. I couldn’t be happier. The sales lady was so helpful and once I had described what I wanted, she was able to show me several options and gave great advice about the type of carpet suitable for a high flow area. The installation team were also very professional and very accommodating. Communication was fantastic and the gentlemen who came to fit the carpet left the place cleaner than they found it. I can’t recommend them enough.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Owen in Park Pointe when purchasing carpets recently and am extremely happy with both the service and the quality received. Appointments were kept and Owen emailed regularly with updates etc. and was also very obliging. A special mention to Michael and Sean, the fitters, who were very personable and did a lovely job. Patrick and his colleague did an excellent job with my flooring. They worked very hard, even late into the evening, and the results are beautiful. They also cleaned everything up after finishing, which I really appreciate. Both of them are very professional and kind—highly recommended!

I won’t be getting the carpet for our house here. We were almost ignored. No greeting, very unhelpful. I felt we were irritating the man who ‘works’ there. He turned his back to us when we were talking to him. Shocking

I dealt with Henry in T C Matthews in Stillorgan. He was super – made a number of suggestions re flooring and advised me on what I needed to consider when choosing flooring. He really helped me to make the right decisions. It was great not having to organise my own fitters and I’d like to commend both the vinyl and laminate fitters who did a super job, took away old carpet and left the rooms tidy.
We bought our new laminate floors in TC Matthew in Lucan. Sarah was very helpful, professional and very friendly during the process. Great experience and we will certainty go back to TC Matthew for further purchases.
Had flooring fitted in my kitchen.There was a problem with the flooring after it was fitted.I spoke to John the consultant and after examining the problem he decided to refit the flooring.He kept in touch with me as he had to wait until this particular pattern was again available.When it came in the fitters arrived and did a super job.I am very pleased with how the problem was dealt with so efficiently I would would not hesitate in recommending them.

We got a runner on our stairs and carpet in the landing and are really pleased with the high standard of finish on the fitting. James was a pleasure to deal with and his advise throughout the decision making process was really helpful. Would highly recommend.

I had most of my house carpeted and fitted by TC Matthews Walkinstown yesterday. From the moment I walked into their store, I had the pleasure of meeting Wayne who advised me on textures and colours within my budget and I left with samples and even photos as I was choosing something a bit different for stairs and landing. Karl and the team of fitters arrived on time and set to work. They were smiling, happy doing such a professional job and couldn’t have been more helpful. They even moved furniture back and forth and nothing was a problem. I was concerned about the imagined upheaval, but Wayne reassured me the day before that there was no need to stress as the team were fully capable of dealing with any issues. Recently upgraded our stairs & landing carpet and laminate in baby room and James and the team couldn’t have been better to deal with from the moment I popped into the shop to choose materials to scheduling the work around our schedule. James is super professional and also a really nice guy! To minimize disruption they even carried out the work while we were away with helpful and clear communication during the process and an extremely high standard of work. Delighted with the outcome and quality of materials also. Everything was seamless!!! We would highly recommend for all carpet and flooring needs and will again in the future! Thanks!

I had my bedroom floors replace since the existing one was badly chipped in many places. Worked with James on the order and Jake’s team on the installation. They provide excellent service, efficient, very accommodating and friendly. Jake’s team was especially nice as they saw I was trying to DIY the rest of the floors (can’t afford to replace the floors for the whole place) with peel and stick – they gave me advice on it and also gave me a free adhesive spray to help. Overall, excellent service – I definitely would go to them again when the peel and stick flooring has run it’s course.

We went to Tony in TC Matthews following a recommendation from a friend who had also been to him previously. We did a lot of looking at what we wanted and Tony was able to offer us exactly what we wanted with good advice too. We didn’t shop around as we were confident our expectations would be met and we would receive a good service which is equally as important. Any time we called to the Stillorgan showroom Henry and Tony were always friendly, courteous and helpful. We chose the Herringbone Darwin Oak. They said the fitter Padraig would call the evening before (a Sunday) which he did and they arrived bang on schedule the following morning, were neat, tidy and showed great attention to detail. We are delighted with the result and grateful to Tony and Henry in TC Matthews Stillorgan, we would highly recommend them to others too.

Having been brought up in a house that still has carpets supplied by TC Matthews from many years ago and still perfect, this is the only place I have/would ever purchased carpets. The team in City Quay are very welcoming and really look after you. Gillian has always given me great and honest advice, her knowledge is amazing!

We’ve had our ground Floor and bedrooms done with TC Mathew’s luxury Vinyl. Owen sorted everything for us as agreed. Pauric and his team of fitters were extremely professional and their attention to detail is second to none. We would highly recommend TC from Buying to Fitting.
We cannot recommend TC Mathews more, Gillian’s knowledge, expertise and professionalism was 2nd to none. Her innate talent for interiors meant she understood our brief and recommended carpets and decking for our new house which were just perfect. The team who installed couldn’t have been nicer and left the place spotless. The day our new carpets went down was the day our house became a home, thank you Gillian and team, Edel & Cormac
Can’t complain about the material quality or how I was received in the shop – however the fitting got me really disappointed. The salesman don’t tell you they’re not going to paint anything, you find it out just in the day they are going to fit it into your house. What they also don’t say is that they’re going to break walls (trying to get skirts out as quickly as possible without. any care), not fill a lot of holes and forget to put glue in some places. The house was left very dirty also – with nails and debris everywhere. I had to pay extra €550 to another guy to fix the walls, fill the holes, etc. I’ve complained with them, but no response until now. I don’t recommend it. At first thought the fitting was ok (2 stars) but just after a month there are some small issues showing up – so moving it to 1 star. Stay away from TC Matthews! By the way, they asked for my details below, I’ve supplied, but I haven’t heard anything from them yet.
